A couple more fox cub photos…

These were taken in the early hours of Sunday morning… before the incessant rain set in.

And a short video clip… the final few seconds are at half speed.

Camera note: all shots taken with the Canon 7D and EF 100mm f/2.8L macro IS USM lens.

Nice shots … a pity about the rain, but, after all, it is England.

dW, even in England the rain is now getting to be beyond a joke. It is really one of the worst summers I can remember (and we've had plenty of bad ones).

Sami, they do seem to like peanuts. :chef:

I recall several photos of flooded farmlands and villages from a couple of years back, I think.
Florida is currently being visited by Jupiter Pluvius, and many areas of the West are alight.

dW, they finally lifted the drought order in our part of the country today. I guess the water company couldn't maintain the pretence of a drought with so many flood warnings in place at the same time!

:eyes: That was quite a leap, even at half-speed.

Just catching up. The cubs must have legs made of rubber!

The weather up here really hasn't been too bad. Or perhaps I got so accustomed to being alternatively burnt and frozen in Saskatchewan that I'm finding the rain / mild sun mix here quite pleasant :right:

Adele, that is one of the best jumps I've seen!

I had got to the stage when I was thinking that a light drizzle was actually quite good… but now at least we are seeing something approximating summer. Long may it last!
