At the Coast

Early morning in Rottingdean…
A boat slips by against grey sky

A flickering of summer sun adds colour…

While waves lap against the rocks…

and a cormorant surveys the feeding grounds

For a moment there when I looked at the first photo, I thought the sail was a shark's dorsal fin :eyes:

I must get down to Rottingdean again. It's a lovely part of the coast.

Darko, I'd call it 'choppy' rather than rough. There was a strong breeze, but nothing too bad.

Adele, LOL! That would have been a surprise if it were. It would have also been a huge shark :yikes:
