More badger photos tonight. I was out in the garden watching her (him?) for about 15 minutes, both of us getting wet.
Camera note: all photos taken with the Canon 7D Mark II and EF 200mm f/2.8L II USM lens.

One of the badgers was back this evening and was clearly much more interested in the peanuts and scraps than whether a human was lurking nearby, camera in hand. Neither of us were bothered by the light drizzle.

A short post tonight. I’ve spent the bulk of the evening watching for foxes and badgers. No luck at all on the former, but finally a brief encounter with the latter. I could hear them well enough, but they seemed intent on staying on the far side of the fence.
While I waiting I took a few shots of the view from the garden. This was hand-held at 1/60s, f/2/8 and ISO 10,000.
As for the badger… looking healthy, and putting on weight for winter 😉
