The crow seems to be my bird of the moment. Three shots in sequence from today.

Phil, that's more or less how they came out of the camera. I did dial in a fair amount of exposure compensation (to try and get some detail against the sky), but apart from raising the levels a bit to pull up the detail, and very minor noise reduction/sharpening I didn't do much editing.

Thanks V. I doubt there's a book here, but it would be nice. 🙂

Mark, my favourite too, though I kind of like the way the tail comes forward in the third shot.

Darko, they can be very sleek when they want to be. Rooks are much scruffier 😉

Adele, another moment I only saw in the viewfinder. And thought, 'oh thank you crow!' 😀

Are you aware that your bird has been clipped to Polyvore? I know it brings people to your blog, but do you have a problem with people using your bird in their collages?

Anon, thanks for the link. If it's non-commercial then it's ok. Not really sure about what that site does, but I doubt anyone is getting rich on my dodgy crows.

Except that maybe crows will become celebrities 😛
