Feeding Frenzy

They look so calm and gentle when they're at rest…

But come lunchtime, and come the bags of bread, they take on quite a different aspect. Feeding Frenzy!!!!

Meanwhile, the pied wagtail thought better of joining in. 🙂

Maybe a little too bright pictures those 'Feeding Frency' ones :sherlock: Wonderful shots they are but I wonder how they would look if they would be darker.

Sami, I wanted these ones very light, but there are no blown highlights… I was careful. The colour tones change quite a bit if I darken them. I tried one though, just to see 😉 I could do a dark and a light series!

Sami, it's a really enjoyable technique to play with. Most of these were shot at around 1/13s at ISO 100. I played around with the aperture to prevent them over-exposing too much.
