From the Garden

Just another quick post today, but both garden sightings were good ones.

First up is Shutterbug, who made a rare (and very brief) daylight appearance late this morning. He was just passing through and was determined to ignore the camera and get behind as many twigs, branches and any other intervening objects as he could.

Almost as awkward (mainly due to the brevity of the visit) was a low fly-over by a local kestrel. It was in (and out) of sight for about three seconds and I would have missed it entirely if the pigeons roosting in the tree at the bottom of the garden hadn't taken flight en masse and alerted me to its presence.

Excellent shots, Words … and Shutterbug's behaviour is just to remind you that he's "Wildlife".

Shutterbug was not in the mood for photo session. Like all celebs, anyway 😛

Good to see a daylight fox 🙂 They must be happy that it hasn't rained today.

dW, thanks! Shutterbug is showing a very independent streak at the moment, but I'm glad he's still around (even if he won't 'talk' to me).

Adele, good to see daylight. Period. But yes, a fox always makes it special. 🙂
