Two more shots from today after all that (very brief) excitement 😉

First a rampaging moorhen…

And second the three ducks from the other day… this time out for a leisurely swim.

  1. I am not sure they would like to see their photographs on the Internet (doves) 😛

    1. Darko, oh I don’t know. After all they were ‘shouting’ from the rooftops!

  2. Great moorhen shot. The great existential, unanswerable question of the age was asked by my stepdaughter when she was three and we were driving and she looked out the window and saw a moorhen slide across a muddy bit at the side of the road. She then asked: Daddy, why’d the bird slip?

    1. Aurora, that’s a great unanswerable question indeed, but the obvious response is ‘to get to the bottom of the slope’. 🙂
