  1. WOW!! Such beautiful photos! The heron against the light coloured sky is wonderful!

  2. Great pictures.
The 2. flightphoto of the Egyptian Goose is excellent.

  3. Never heard about Egyptioan geese. How many species of geese are there? :left:

  4. Erwin, thanks!

  5. Steffi thanks! The Egyptian geese have such wonderful markings.

  6. Lois, thanks. I got loads more heron shots on Friday but haven't had time to sort them out yet. 🙂

  7. Darko, I'm not sure how many species of geese there are…. checking… :wait: …. About 50 according to avianweb.

  8. The swans are posing picture-perfect! 🙂

I saw a heron flying low over the meadows today while I was searching for foxes. I know it looks like a bog because of all the recent rain, but, still :insane:

  9. Adele, I struggle to get the lighting right with swans… so much white to cope with! But I'm getting lots of practice.

That's sounds like a nice sighting of a heron you had. Good luck with the foxes!

  10. Beautiful Shots
