Just a short update with some photos from this afternoon, but before those here’s a photo from Monday night in which Pretty is showing very clear signs that she is pregnant. That may also explain why a male fox has been in close attendance several times recently. He’s been very shy, but I do have some trail cam clips of them together. Her den must be fairly near, so it’s looking good for more cubs in the next month or so.
The rest of the blog are some photos of her taken late this afternoon. I love this time of year as the late afternoon sun produce some wonderfully rich light.
Camera note: first photo the Canon 7D Mark II and EF 24-70mm f/4L IS USM lens. The rest were with the EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM lens.
