One wet fox

More constant rain over the past few days has restricted photographic opportunities. And today the rain really was constant, and extremely heavy at times.

But a fox has to eat, and they do venture out in the wet. So it was that some time after midnight we heard a noise outside and sure enough the young fox was in the garden. Very wet, but otherwise at ease, and unlike the old dog fox he didn't seem too disturbed by the high winds.

    Wow he does have a long tongue and big white teeth:D He looks like hes trying to hide from the rain. Its much needed but i think it will dry up by the weekend hopefully.

    wow! I have no words!!! I've never seen foxes so near and with so many details! This one is so elegant and slim-legged… In russian fairy tales fox is usually very clever person and mostly have "cat-similar" behavior 🙂
