After the beautiful afternoon in the garden (previous post), the dog fox showed up early evening and excelled himself. Here's a selection:

    I've been wondering for awhile, what is a dog fox? I thought I could find the answer on your previous posts.

    A dog fox is just what we call a male fox (female = vixen). I probably should just say 'fox', but when he shows up we say, 'Oh it's the dog fox' (as opposed to a vixen or a cub!), so it's almost like his name 😉
