Pretty Foxes

Just a few shots from the garden this evening. As you can see, the grass could do with cutting! These first shots are the cub we've named 'Pretty'.

These next shots are of 'Red', starting with an almost identical pose.

Even he finds it boring :right:

The adults are slowly coming to tolerate me. They still hang back, and scoot if I make a movement. Nicked Ear tends to sit and watch from right at the back of the garden, but occasionally comes forward to keep a closer eye on the cubs.

Lovely shots, Words … and "Pretty" certainly is well-named.
Those shots of Red in his bower of clover are amusing.

They're so incredibly alert, even at that age.

dW, thanks. Pretty is very cute and had a great temperament as well. Red is actually in an aubretia bed, but either way it's nice and soft and has a ready supply of insects to snack on!

Yes, I could see, when I saw some other shots, that clover was not the right answer, but I didn't know what it was.
