I came across this short on YouTube. It's made with clips from a 1947 film version of "The Tortoise and the Hare" by Brittanica films, found on the Prelinger Archives. The music is "Song of the Fox" by Bela Bartok. The video has been put together by Threetails. Nice treatment.
