There's quite a family of wood pigeons who roost in the garden. You can sometimes hear them in the background to the videos, and earlier this evening three of them were sitting quietly on the fence. I could hear their flapping, and as I went up the steps to invesitgate two of them flew off. One remained though, so I started filming. Neither of us had noticed the fox cub lurking in the bushes.
The video shows what happened next. It was over in a flash, so I've included a slowed down 'action replay'.
