Angle shades moth
Camera note: Both shots taken with the Sigma 105mm F2.8 EX DG macro lens. For the spider I used the Canon 430EX flash, switched to a low manual setting with the diffuser lowered. For the angle shades moth I used the Sigma EM-140 DG ring flash, again switched to a low power setting.

Nice moth there. š I think Iām still kind of scared of the spider though.
I guess they were both :eyes: at the flash of your camera š
wow fantastic macros š
Do you think shes drinking the rain drop on her underside?
Beautiful pics, as always! š

Wow! That moth is superb! And the spider is great of course :bug:
Eric, thanks. The spider is a softy… she just hangs around a lot
Darko, surprisingly they don't seem to be too bothered by the flash.
Vulpes  :bug: :yikes:
Thanks Adele. The moth was quietly sheltering from the rain for most of the evening, pretending to be a leaf.
Thanks Neil. I don't think she's supping those drops, but they looked pretty on her.
Dan, thanks š
Superb  !
Thanks Cynthia!
