Very Fluffy

Well yesterday proved to be but one day's respite from the glut of fluffiness. The pond babies were out in force today, and the cooler weather kept most of the human traffic out of sight. So without further preamble…
Sleepy goslings

Paddling gosling

A fluffy duckling

A very bold young moorhen

A passing swallow

Ok, that last one isn't fluffy, but a swallow on the wing has a certain elegance so it creeps in. Two more shots to close tonight…

The sleepy gosling wake up

And an assortment of ducklings

    Is it sweet.
Until now I can take pictures as close no baby ducks.
Next week I have time to try my luck at the lake.

Me too! :awww: And that's even before the foxcubs become more visible (I'm sure you'll find a litter somewhere and add those to the cuteness mix before much longer!)

Robin, thanks. I've let you have a few days rest, but be prepared with your toothbrush tomorrow! I'll be back by the pond.

Adele, I'm really not sure we'll see any cubs this year. It's gone quiet lately so certainly no tiny ones. Maybe once they start roaming at around 3 months.
