I set up the camera on the tripod, adjusted the flash and focus, retreated several yards and lined up the remote trigger. And waited. And waited&#8230;.  <\/p>\n<p>After about an hour I had about 30 test shots all looking just like this one.<br \/><span class='imgcenter'><img alt='' src='https:\/\/www.permuted.org.uk\/photography\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/01\/nomouse_2901083466.jpg' \/><\/span> <\/p>\n<p>After which I gave up. I checked the site an hour or so later, and it was still untouched. I eventually turned my attention to the pond instead.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.permuted.org.uk\/photography\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/01\/newt_2901083492.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img SRC=\"https:\/\/www.permuted.org.uk\/photography\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/01\/newt_2901083492.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Before coming inside to work out who I could tag (<a href=\"http:\/\/my.opera.com\/CedarFox\/blog\/\" target=\"_blank\">Eric<\/a> tagged me).
