I've been pre-occupied with other matters this week. I don't intend to blog about the details here, but may post occasional updates. <\/p>\n

Opportunities for wildlife watching have inevitably been restricted (the awful weather hasn't helped), but we did pop down to Rottingdean yesterday. The skies were heavily overcast, the light was fading, the rain beginning to fall (symbolic of the week perhaps), but in every cloud there are silver linings.
<\/span> Oystercatchers skim the surf<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span> A little egret wades<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span> And as the light fades away, three cormorants head out to sea<\/span>
