<\/span> South downs on a grey morning<\/span><\/p>\nThat was Friday. Saturday morning was rather better, and I spent a few minutes on Seaford seafront, which is just along the coast from here. Flat in one direction. Not so in the other. There are some good wetland areas nearby (I saw a teal but the photo really isn't worth posting). I didn't have much time to explore on this visit, but I may head back there in the future. Today though was a trip to London, which despite the commuter run does have its compensations… Yes, I was back by the Thames. Terrible light (everything was shot at ISO 1000, and even then often at only around 1\/200s). That shot was taken across the width of the river, but it wasn't the only cormorant about. There's an outside chance of some brighter weather towards the end of the week. Whether I'll get to see much of it, is another matter. I'll do my best though.
