This is my starting point in the morning, on the edge of what is probably the most congested road in London.<br \/><span class='imgcenter'><img alt='' src='https:\/\/www.permuted.org.uk\/photography\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/post_office_tower_2110105580.jpg' \/><\/span> <\/p>\n<p>At lunchtime the escape is the park. Among the joggers, the boxers, the tourists, the office workers, the nannies, the tai chi-ists, there are the other denizens of central London: the squirrels, the birds, and today&#8230; the herons. He appeared on the trail cam shortly after I&#39;d come inside.
