The dreary summer weather continued today… grey skies and drizzle, barely letting up until the latter part of the afternoon. Not a day for going anywhere; but as it happens I didn't need to. The fox came to me.<\/p>\n

As the drizzle began to relent, a familiar face appeared in the garden. Shutterbug. He looked half asleep. Mid-afternoon seems to be a semi-regular time for him, so I can only assume he has a den (or some other suitably undisturbed retreat) nearby. Our garden is on the early part of his fox's day, as he heads off in search of whatever it is foxes search for in the afternoon.

And then he was gone, out over the garage roof and into the gardens beyond.
