It just needs a touch of snow. :smurf:<br \/><span class='imgcenter'><img alt='' src='https:\/\/www.permuted.org.uk\/photography\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/squirrel_1710118658.jpg' \/><\/span> <\/p>\n<p>The heron was pacing in the shallows during the warm morning light.<br \/><span class='imgcenter'><img alt='' src='https:\/\/www.permuted.org.uk\/photography\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/heron_1710118654.jpg' \/><\/span> <\/p>\n<p>By lunchtime the light had cooled, and the day was bright but overcast. The white goose was busy thrashing around in an exhibition of avian power.<br \/><span class='imgcenter'><img alt='' src='https:\/\/www.permuted.org.uk\/photography\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/goose_1710118719.jpg' \/><\/span> <\/p>\n<p>In contrast, the black-headed gulls were a rare model of serenity.<br \/><span class='imgcenter'><img alt='' src='https:\/\/www.permuted.org.uk\/photography\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/black_headed_gull_1710118727.jpg' \/><\/span> <\/p>\n<p>As for the flying chipmunk, this veteran of the skies buzzed the pond. From what I can find on the web it was built in 1952 and was mainly used as a training plane for the RAF.
