They tend to be sheltered, slightly overgrown with plenty of cover to escape predators, and quiet. These rabbits were happily taking advantage of the peace to enjoy some gentle grazing.<br \/><span class='imgcenter'><img alt='' src='https:\/\/www.permuted.org.uk\/photography\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/rabbit_0603120850.jpg' \/><\/span> <\/p>\n<p>The ducks, on the other hand, were perhaps a little more reticent. Not quite fence-sitting, but the result&#39;s the same.<br \/><span class='imgcenter'><img alt='' src='https:\/\/www.permuted.org.uk\/photography\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/duck_0603120783.jpg' \/><\/span> <\/p>\n<p>The tiny wrens have no such qualms. They love the nooks and crannies, and ragged undergrowth, though once in a while they&#39;ll pop out for a better view.<br \/><span class='imgcenter'><img alt='' src='https:\/\/www.permuted.org.uk\/photography\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/wren_0603120696.jpg' \/><\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span class='imgcenter'><img alt='' src='https:\/\/www.permuted.org.uk\/photography\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/wren_0603120705.jpg' \/><\/span> <\/p>\n<p>Likewise with the collared dove, though strictly speaking this shot was taken just outside the churchyard.<br \/><span class='imgcenter'><img alt='' src='https:\/\/www.permuted.org.uk\/photography\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/collared_dove_0603120835.jpg' \/><\/span> <\/p>\n<p>As for the adjacent pond&#8230; <br \/><span class='imgcenter'><img alt='' src='https:\/\/www.permuted.org.uk\/photography\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/falmer_church_0603120857.jpg' \/><\/span> <\/p>\n<p>&#8230;. a pair of cormorants were scouting the area this morning.
