Today&#39;s picture is of a female mallard taken soon after the sun peeked above the South Downs.<br \/><span class='imgcenter'><img alt='' src='https:\/\/www.permuted.org.uk\/photography\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/duck_2911126172.jpg' \/><\/span> <\/p>\n<p>A few minutes later, and the colour was already fading, but there still a reddish tint to this shot of a white goose (yes Darko, a goose!).<br \/><span class='imgcenter'><img alt='' src='https:\/\/www.permuted.org.uk\/photography\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/goose_2911126237.jpg' \/><\/span> <\/p>\n<p>This is a duck (Darko, please take note \ud83d\ude00 )<br \/><span class='imgcenter'><img alt='' src='https:\/\/www.permuted.org.uk\/photography\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/duck_2911126198.jpg' \/><\/span> <\/p>\n<p>For most of the rest of the day we had clear skies, but more pallid tones. That is until I was leaving work at just after 5pm. The moon was rising, and being so low in the sky was quite startling to see. The first shot has some cars and street lights to give a sense of the overall scene.<br \/><span class='imgcenter'><img alt='' src='https:\/\/www.permuted.org.uk\/photography\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/moon_orange_2911126326.jpg' \/><\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span class='imgcenter'><img alt='' src='https:\/\/www.permuted.org.uk\/photography\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/moon_orange_2911126297.jpg' \/><\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span class='imgcenter'><img alt='' src='https:\/\/www.permuted.org.uk\/photography\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/moon_orange_2911126346.jpg' \/><\/span> <br \/>The final shade of red came this evening.
