Even this far south, the wind outside is biting. It&#39;s kept me indoors for most of the weekend. Even though it&#39;s dry it just isn&#39;t enticing out there. It&#39;s the breeze that really does the damage, and the constant hint of snow in the air.<\/p>\n<p>We did get the briefest glimpse of the sun yesterday (Saturday). This is one of the regular local cats that passes through the garden, usually dodging the foxes and badgers at night. Nice to see her in the day.<br \/><span class='imgcenter'><img alt='' src='https:\/\/www.permuted.org.uk\/photography\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/cat_3003137075.jpg' \/><\/span> <\/p>\n<p>The garden also seems to be attracting goldfinches. They are safe from the cat up in the trees, but they may be part of the reason the cat has been hanging around so much.<br \/><span class='imgcenter'><img alt='' src='https:\/\/www.permuted.org.uk\/photography\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/goldfinch_3003137002.jpg' \/><\/span> <\/p>\n<p>The trail camera rolls on nightly.
