Today, with warm sunshine, it really felt as though spring had arrived. Here’s a few photos from the garden, in keeping with the season. My favourite is this first image of a bee on the White Icicle flowering currant shrub. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kestrels are very common locally, but it’s unusual for one to fly over the garden. They usually keep to the more open fields on the Downs which I suspect is where this male was headed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And of course there has to be a fox. Lopa (our friendly vixen) is clearly nursing a litter. Whether we will ever get to see them is more uncertain but she’s doing well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
