But I've been deeply envious of the customized blogs I've been seeing around this place. The problem was that you need to write css and I didn't have a clue where to start. So it was great to spot a post by this forum thread by SerbianFighter which explains how to do the basics in easy step-by-step format.

All I've done so far is change the title fonts to match the style used on my other site, altered the title bar colour and added the fox photo. Fairly minimal stuff, I admit. It took a little while to figure out how to position the photo successfully (lots of trial and even more error), but thanks to Moose I managed to stop the image tiling across the top and get it more or less aligned ok. I'm going to claim that the cut-off effect is intentional.

If you want to see just how far you can take customization, pop over to Jere's blog.

[1

post-550","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-uncategorized","entry
["GET
