Most of my photos tend to be taken from our garden, but I do occasionally go further afield, not least because we are located on the edge of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (a technical\/legal definition, but certainly true). There are also moves to makes significant stretches of the South Downs a National Park.<\/p>\n

Dew Ponds are an ancient way of preserving water. Clay lined, they hold dew in otherwise chalky areas.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

There are plenty of rabbits<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

<\/span>And sheep…<\/span>[\/ALIGN]<\/a><\/p>\n

The Dog Violet clings on in the grassland<\/span> <\/a><\/p>\n

Gorse grows just about everywhere<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n
