This is really just an experiment. I was in Hastings today and took this panoramic photo of the pier (recently restored) during a short break between meetings. The experimental bit of it is that it’s two shots merged together in the latest Photoshop.
Up until now I’ve been using Elements 9 (yes, something that old), but I finally succumbed to the Creative Cloud option (free via a work licence) and so far so very good. I’m still playing around with it so you can expect a few more experiments in the coming weeks. Creating 3D images is on the list.
I’m also using the latest Lightroom (version 6, part of Creative Cloud) for initial processing (great ‘red eye’ tools for animals among other things, so a nice upgrade from my stand-alone version 5).
