I took this sequence of shots on Tuesday but haven't had time to do much with them until now. The spider had just trapped a meadow brown and was working to wrap it. These are 6 shots from a longer sequence (read left to right, row 1 then row 2). If you click on the image a large size version will open!
This is another shot, slightly later in the sequence.
Camera note: all shots taken with the Canon 40D and EF 100mm f/2.8L macro IS USM lens.
