There was no sign of the cubs last night (not even on the trail cam). The weather may have had something to do with their absence, not so much the rain but the wind: foxes are much more skittish when the weather is noisy.
Tonight it was altogether more calm outside, and after a couple of solo runs through the garden, Bold reappeared with a cub in tow.
