Plenty of daylight activity today, most of which I watched through the back window. This way, I don't interfere with their behaviour. A couple of cubs were relaxing in the early evening sun. I've put a series of 10 photos together (taken over a 10 minute period) in a new album called Through the Window. The photos are untouched, just as I saw them. Needless to say, I did venture outside a few times. Who wouldn't with such great weather. As well as the 'pigeon episode', I caught one of the cubs napping under the heavy shade at the rear of the garden.

  1. I wonder, do you have any news on the adults? Especially the dogfox. Is he still as bold? I hope he's alright.

  2. Hi Tervicz,

We haven't seen much of the adults lately, though we do get glimpses of the vixens. But they don't hang around.

I'd love to see the dog fox again. I think I last saw him in March. He was as friendly as ever. I think he must have found some new territory (someone else's garden), and maybe he has a new family to look after. If I do manage to see him again, you can be sure I'll post about it here.

  3. I really love your sleeping fox photos…
