I took these shots early this morning, before work. The sheep have until now mainly stayed at the far side of the field, but today had ventured nearer the accessible paths.

At lunchtime I didn't venture far. There's a 'woodland walk' at work which suffers in comparison with the real woodland nearby; but it's convenient and a small pond was added a couple of years ago. I found a pair of mallards there today.

I put an 'and' in the title in the hope of spotting a late night fox cub. I didn't (the vixen has been around, but no cubs with her today), so here's another shot from yesterday.

Camera note: all shots taken with the Canon 40D and EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L USM IS lens, except the foxes which were photographed with the EF 24-105 F4L IS USM lens.
