  1. Great shots.

  2. u must have an interesting garden 🙂

  3. Poor frog was lost 😆

  4. Great angle on the frog, well composed.

I love the spider too, but its tricked you by being ion the garden, as its a house spider 🙂

  5. James, we keep the garden friendly for wildlife, but nearly every garden has spiders :bug:

  6. Neil, the frog was perfectly placed on a step. I tried a few different angles. House spiders get short shrift if spotted and end up back outside quicker than you can say Arachnophobia!

  7. Robin, thanks!

  8. Darko, it's nice to see them out of the pond, but quite dangerous for them with all the foxes and cats.

  9. Presumably there were house spiders before there were houses  Great shots! That is a big spider – comparable to the one that came into our computer room a few nights ago :bug:

  10. Very nice photo of the Frog, good thing he didnt Hop it before you snapped it 😆

  11. Mark thanks. The frog was very well behaved. There was a smaller one around as well, but that one hopped it quite quickly.

  12. Adele, it's the first time I've been stopped from what I'm looking at in the garden by a spider 'scampering' across the ground. It was big! :bug: It must be a mansion spider, if size is anything to go by.

  13. are those spiders common where you live?

  14. James, oh yes. We get lots of them, usually inside the house. They don't do any harm but can have a leg span of up to about 3 inches. :bug:

  15. wow that is big, i would love to see one of those one day
