The forecast for tomorrow is brilliant, and we could have the warmest day of the year so far. Not so today. Heavy rain, and a decided chill were the main weather features. And that means it was a quiet day for the camera.

The best of my early morning photos were of the group of greylag goslings at Falmer pond. They are doing well but I'm sure would welcome a little warmth.

The garden is still a haven for foxes, whatever the weather. We even had a brief visit from a badger in the middle of the night. The photos are from yesterday and today.

  1. Good ones, Words … the flat lighting of a cloudy day brings out the richness of the colours.

  2. The weather seems to be alternating between November and July…

  3. Adele, I know what you mean about the weather, though thankfully it seems to have plumped for July for the moment.

  4. dW, thanks!
