Well it was the next obvious step. Having upgraded the PC I've gone and got some better video editing software. Nothing too fancy (I hate learning curves and I'm not aiming at Hollywood), but given my preference for ULead's image editing software I've picked up their VideoStudio 10 package.
The main benefits are that I can now work in better file formats (wmv is very lossy) and, when I've figured it all out, use better editing tools. That said, I can already manage much tighter edits after a couple of hours with it. I've just uploaded my first effort which shows the cubs surrounding the front of the garden. As ever with YouTube I'm providing a direct link in case the video doesn't display properly here. It still seems hit and miss, but if anyone has a sure-fire way of getting them to display I'd love to hear from you.

25 Aug 2006Thanks! No idea about the background music. It was one of those 'samples' that comes with the software. I like the idea of adding some sound and at least with this I don't have copyright problems.
