Another day of relentless and heavy rain. The plus side is that the garden pond is once again full to overflowing; the down is that this is supposed to be the middle of summer but it feels more like a bad November. For all that, there was a brief break in the weather in the early part of the evening. It didn't last long, but it was just long enough to allow me to get these shots of buzzards over the local fields.

  3. Darko, maybe I was exaggerating but we've had an awful lot of rain lately, and it's been quite cool. November is usually ok… clear skies, but cold (which is fine).

  4. Adele, no fungi in the garden (yet), and I've not noticed much when I've been out. It was good to see the buzzards (even if I was really hoping to see foxes!).
