I've taken plenty of photos recently of birds swooping and swirling in the pursuit of insects. Today I present a slightly different approach. The lazy bird's guide to insect catching. The trick is to let someone else do all the work. :bug:

That certainly expends rather less energy than doing this…

And it avoids running foul of rather more lethal species such as this…
