And I really thought the winter was over! Up here, the snow seems to have sent the Old Dogfox a bit loopy :right:
It occurred to me to wonder earlier whether I've ever seen bluebells in the snow before  The daffodils look like they're bearing up, anyway!

I think stoats have an uncanny ability to paralyze the brain of the photographer!

Hope your foxes do appear! I hope my reflexes show up at some stage too  Earlier, I was out looking for the mammals in the meadows when I saw something loping down by the hedgerow about 150m away. I didn't want to get a blurry fox shot through the falling snow at that range, and watched indifferently as it vanished…only it suddenly occurred to me that foxes don't usually bounce like weasels, and rabbits don't have long tails. First stoat I've seen here for years, and no photo 😥

I really want the foxes to show up today. A fox against the snow is one of my favourite images and I get so few opportunities.

What a surprise in your world this morning. This winter has the characteristics of bad penney, keeps re-appearing.

I hope you get your shot of the foxes against the snow. It can't last too much longer.

Well it's still falling here. It's a bit of a pain actually, because we were meant to be going out today but the roads were impossible here. Visibility was almost zero, and now expecting frozen roads tonight/tomorrow. 🙁

Sounds like it's best to stay home, warm and cozy.
Well.. let's just hope this is Old Man Winter's "last blast" for this season. That's all I hear in the hallways and conference rooms at work..
"winter… snow… tired… End?… WHEN?"
