A black-headed gull (don't you love descriptive names!)*
Honest, I am a bat!
Don't believe me then. :irked:
No photos today thank you! :p
* The gull is in its winter plumage. It sports a black (actually dark-brown) hood in summer.
Camera note: all taken with the EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L USM IS lens

Nice 🙂 – what's the little bird?
Thanks. The angles of view were a little unusual 🙂
It's a blue tit! Cute little things.
It was one of those days when I wasn't getting the level of co-operation I've come to expect!
Great shots!
Cheers Andy!
Yay lovelly pics 😀 The low Winter light in sunny weather makes superb shots.
Thanks Mark. Absolutely right about the sunlight at the moment. It'll probably rain at the weekend though!

Thanks! Definitely not just the animals who are crackers, but that blue tit took the biscuit for being contrary.
