I wasn't going to post today as the weather was dull and apart from a few misty landscapes and a couple of grabbed wildlife shots I didn't really have much of interest. As you can see…

At lunchtime I managed a lone crow…

And, slightly more 'exotic', some rabbits.

But the reason for posting was on the trail cam. The young fox was in a very inquisitive frame of mind last night. Eventually his attention turned to the strange object strapped to a fence post…

The still is from a couple of weeks ago and I've now placed the camera slightly higher up the fence in the hope of dissuading him from a more serious 'investigation'. I can but hope!

  1. Erwin, thanks!

  2. I knew it. I knew it would happen  Glad to see the trail cam survived its moment of crisis 😆

It won't be too long until we start seeing rabbit kits! Where has the winter gone? :right:

  3. Yeah, me too. I took Khamsin out this evening and it was like a rural Sherlock Holmes set :left: :right: And it's unbelievably muddy. I would have liked skis during the snow, but perhaps I need them now as well :insane:

  4. Adele, I thought it would amuse you 😀

I'm not sure when I'll be seeing rabbit kits… I've been struggling to see 10 yards in front of me for most of this week 🙁

  5. It's been raining all day here. Tomorrow looks a little better, but the ground will still be sodden. Weather for boots!

  6. That`s so cute :awww:

  7. Darko, well at least the camera survived.

  8. Now that's a close-up. 😆

  9. Mick, it certainly is 😀

  10. Great…..
