It begins with a B

But it's not a butterfly

Nor is it a buzzard…

Yes…

it's a…

Badger!!!

I was already outside when it showed up. I could hear a lot of noise by the fence and thought either a cat or fox had jumped down. I shone the torch to the back of the garden to see, and this beauty appeared. It paused for a second or so, and then ambled on its way. Chuffed? You bet I am 😀

And the most important, he "tolerates" you being around, enough to show up and take a look at you 😀

Thanks Adele! I still have to figure out how it got in to the garden. I suspect it came in over the fence (or through it :yikes: )

Darko, well it was tolerant last night (for about 2 seconds, which is long enough!) 😀

Neil, it had to happen eventually I guess. There have been so many near misses. 😀

Mark, I keep watching out for badgers, but they're very shy. I may be lucky again though.
