Just a couple of shots from today, the first being a huddle of ducklings taken early this morning at Falmer Pond.

The second is from tonight and inevitably is one of the fox cubs. This time it's Rough Ear, looking quite the grown up fox as he trots along the edge of the garden.

    Judging from the colour of their bills, maturation is afoot.

  3. dW, the ducklings are getting bigger by the day. These are the surviving 7 from an initial clutch of 11. Growing up quickly.

  4. Darko, They need to stay together to keep warm. It's an English summer after all!

    Doesn't it just! And a wet, miserable autumn at that 🙁 Promise of better weather next week, which I guess may feel like a moderate April. This year is really confusing.
