I think all my local wild mammals except squirrels (and presumably voles) are staying in the most sheltered woodland areas. Very few tracks around, although the snow is falling so steadily it's hard to read too much into that. But trailcam didn't catch anything last night. I'll go out and look for the deer later.

Darko, yes indeed. Which can bring some unusual visitors to the garden (especially the more cautious birds). Our feeders are primed!

Adele, I've had a couple of glimpses of foxes over the past couple of nights, but it does seem fairly quiet outside. Good luck with the deer!
