Rainbow and other colours

OK, I know that there aren’t really any ‘other’ colours beyond a rainbow, but there was a nice colourful arc this morning when I arrived at work.

Just before that I had a touch of red/orange, in the form of a kestrel.

And more than a hint of blue…

Lunchtime added a couple more colours to the theme. These were taken along some paths behind my new work location. It’s a bit of climb to get up there, but could be interesting when the weather improves (it looks like it gets very muddy when wet).

This is the pink/red one (with a touch of yellow)

Nice photo of a kestrel and chiffchaff (what an interesting name)!

Darko, the chiffchaff gets its name from its call, but this one was being quiet. Pretty little things.
