    Is that a fresh scar across the young fox's muzzle? I haven't noticed it before.

  2. You just got me trawling back through photos! And the answer is yes, it's fairly fresh. It seems to be evident from late October. Slightly tricky because of camera angles. Usually I'm lower down and it's harder to see. But you can make it out on this shot taken on the 29th.

  4. Mark, you should be able to get some good shots. Took me quite a lot of practice to get the hang of it but it's great fun trying. I'm sure the fox is fine!
