Just a couple of quick shots from tonight. The first in about a week of the Bold Vixen. And the good news is that she has given birth. I'm surprised to see her out quite so soon, but it may mean her den is nearby. I hope so ๐ Tracking back over trail cam footage I am confident she gave birth on the night of 8/9 March (the only night no foxes appeared in the garden). Anyway, here's a couple of photos of the proud (and hungry) mum.
Camera note: both photos taken with the Canon 40D and EF 24-105 F4L IS USM lens.

That is wonderful news! Since she's close, you'll be able to watch her and hopefully have some cub photos to post soon.
So, there is a good chance she will appear in your garden with cubs one day  Congrats to mum
Lovely shots. She is so photogenic. Hope you see some Kits soon. If she is close enough, I'm sure she'll grace you with a family visit. She knows she gets love and care from that garden!
Good for her! Wonder how many this year ๐
Awww, sweet! ๐
Yay! thats good isnt it, how exciting ๐ lovelly pics too.
Thanks everyone. It was really good to see her out so soon, if something of a surprise. It will be a little while before we get to see any cubs even if they are close by. I'll keep watching and listening though ๐
great stuff – hopefully some cub photos in the future then ๐
Neil, oh I do hope so ๐

Congratulation for your shots and I hope to hear from you soon !
