Another brief post, this time showing three different aspects of our regular fox cubs.

This first shot is typical. 'Pretty' likes to come down to the front of the garden and lay down on the patio, just a foot or so away from us.

Here she is again, this time sitting and looking up. There was another cub on the top of the wall.

This last shot is the cub we've named 'Red'. He likes to jump up walls ('Pretty' likes to jump down them).

  1. Interesting individual behaviours, Words.

  2. Wow, friendly fox. One of these days he's going to be nosing you.

  3. very nice

  4. Nice jump  How tall is the wall?

  5. Felix, she tries it every now and then, but I do discourage them from getting too close. I don't mind, but it's not good for them to be too confident around humans.

  6. dW, thanks! It's also getting easier to tell them apart as they develop individual traits.

  7. Erwin, thanks!

  8. Darko, it's not very high… roughly the height of a desk.
