Finally, at last, and after months of trying… I got me a woodpecker 🙂

    I'd never really seen one close up before I took these photos. The more I look, the more he seems to be dressed in some sort of tartan!

    Wow! It's yellow! Or green? We have something here that looks sort of similar, only more gray and red–we call them flickers and I can't remember the scientific name.

    Cool!
