It's getting late so just the photos tonight, starting with a short sequence of a greylag circling over Falmer Pond this morning,…

Next up is a pair of collared doves getting cosy on a gravestone…

Next, three tiny bundles of fluff that soon enough will be the terrors of the skies. Meet three herring gull chicks…

Finally a couple of the fox cubs…

  1. Somehow, the flight of the greylag reminds me of "The Greatest American Hero". LOL

  2. Those pictures are really good you are nice

  3. dW, I'm not sure I quite follow, but I guess it's something to do with that bulky body and look of mild alarm on its face.

  4. Jiri, thanks!

  5. "The Greatest American Hero" was a rather short-lived TV series about a young man who was given a suit that gave him super powers (a gift from a shipful of aliens) … but he lost the instructions. His flying was astonishingly comical, arms and legs flailing about. There are pieces of it on YouTube.

  6. dW, I'll have to check that out.
